This servo lift flat screen printer is suitable for printing various flat sheets and flat plate prints such as leather, canvas, non-woven fabrics, Oxford cloth, mobile phone panels, metal plates, etc.
Main performance
1. The vertical lifting of the platform adopts servo motor and screw drive to rise/fall; the screen beam is driven by cylinder to lift.
2. The pneumatic screen clamp frame is equipped with manual locking, which is easy to install and firmly fixed. The clamp frame is equipped with height fine-tuning, which can adjust the clamping of screen frames of different thicknesses.
3. The platform adopts servo motor + star reducer + precision screw to automatically lift and lower. It prints one sheet and removes one sheet. It has the function of slowly lifting the plate to avoid sticking after printing.
4. The printing stroke adopts servo motor and precision linear guide rail, the printing speed is stable and can be variable. The printing range is set by human and machine, which is convenient to operate.
5. The printing head can be raised and lowered manually, which is convenient for replacing scrapers, ink-covering knives, screen frames, and scrubbing screens.
6. PLC, human-machine, and motor control can select a variety of printing modes to adapt to diversified printing.
